Definitely a favorite. This is a moist, rich chocolate mud cake which appeals to most people.

White chocolate mud:
A lovely sweet mud cake with a very slight caramel flavour. Very popular with children and very good as a
contrast to the chocolate mud cake.

Banana and passionfruit:
A gorgeous moist cake with a lovely banana flavour and a hint of passionfruit. Very more-ish!

Carrot and orange:
Another moist cake with carrot and walnuts and just a hint of orange.

Orange and almond:
A light almond cake with a delicate orange flavour. This cake contains no flour.

Orange and poppyseed:
A light orange flavoured cake with poppyseeds.

A nutty almond torte with a hint of coconut
